VMware Skyline is an application offering proactive support, providing early insights into potential IT issues, including zero-day exploits and vulnerabilities. The "Dream Employee" series illustrates how Skyline can deliver enterprise benefits without the need for additional headcount, a physical presence, or time off.

In this series, we produced three videos featuring real VMware customers. The development and initial scriptwriting took place just before the Covid pandemic. When the world underwent shutdowns, we promptly re-conceptualized the approach, enabling the shooting and release of the first two videos in the series entirely through remote means.
