The thematic concept of VMworld 2019, “Make Your Mark” put the focus on our attendees and how VMware enables them to distinguish themselves in the workplace and in their career. Using a combination of live action photography and video, the graffiti style text treatments acted as a doorway to a fanciful, animated world of possibility.

For this concept, we used custom photography and video for all of our hero characters, and built all animation assets in-house.
